Acorn earrings - 9ct yellow gold

I do enjoy making bespoke jewellery for customers, especially when the piece I make seems to come together easily. My next customer wanted a pair of 9ct yellow gold stud earrings for his wife, for her birthday. He wanted the logo of an acorn made and it only being 8mm high in size!

I got the logo engraved and then carefully cut the two acorns out and soldered the stud. He was very pleased with the earrings. What do you think.. thanks for reading ..
