Casting roses

The photos below show the wax rose cast used to create a bunch of roses. The wax rose is then cast in silver and gold, The roses then are all individually taken off the cast tree, ready to be finished up and made into some beautiful jewellery. 

Casting is usually used in bespoke jewellery that has a lot of detail or a more complicated design, and a quicker way to make multiples of a piece of jewellery.
