Half gold and half silver engagement ring with ruby

This bespoke engagement ring was requested by the customer to be made half gold and half silver. 

The idea behind this was that the two contrasting metals soldered together with a heart ruby placed equally in the centre of the joining would represent the joining of two people. This created a visually beautiful and thoughtful engagment ring.
