Inherited ring re-sizing

I get asked to re-size rings a lot. Its something that happens when customers inherit grandmother or a relatives ring. Most of these rings have stones but this is no problem. All I need to know is the ring size and the metal eg 9ct yellow gold. Then I can add the metal or hammer it bigger. The ring below was too small for the customer and the yellow gold had to be added to the ring. The ring has diamonds and a sapphire centre. Beautiful ring and now can be worn.
